Net-zero energy home that doesn't look like a science experiment. Passive solar design mixed with some clever material choices kept this family warm without cranking the heat.

Six units that fit into the neighborhood without looking cookie-cutter. Each one's got private outdoor space and enough storage that people can actually live there.

Commercial Drive Hub

Retail on the ground floor, affordable housing up top. Took forever to get the zoning sorted, but we got there. The corner cafe's already become a local hangout.

Renovation

Gastown Heritage Conversion

Turned a 1912 warehouse into modern lofts while keeping the character that made it special. Those original brick walls and timber beams did most of the heavy lifting design-wise.

Harvest Table Restaurant

Everything's reclaimed or locally sourced here - even the bar top's from a fallen tree in Stanley Park. Open kitchen design lets diners watch the magic happen.

Built to handle whatever the ocean throws at it. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames those mountain views, while the roof overhang keeps the rain off the deck.

Multipurpose space that actually works for everyone - from toddler programs to senior yoga. Acoustics were tricky but we nailed it with some strategic ceiling work.

Tiny footprint, big personality. Every inch counts when you're working with 650 square feet, so we got creative with built-ins and vertical space.

Healthcare space that doesn't feel sterile. Natural materials and plants throughout make it less intimidating, which is kinda the whole point.

Working with the neighborhood to create something that fits was key here. Retail faces the street, residential units step back for privacy, and there's actually room for bikes.

Owners wanted to honor the 1960s bones while making it work for today. New kitchen, updated systems, but kept those original post-and-beam details that give it character.

Ski-in location meant we had to work with the slope instead of against it. Massive windows face the valley, while the back nestles into the hillside for weather protection.

Industrial space that celebrates its warehouse past. Exposed everything - ducts, beams, concrete. Sliding glass doors open to the patio when weather cooperates.

Mount Pleasant Duplex

Two families, one lot. Designed so each side feels like a standalone home with private yards and separate entries. Shared wall's well-insulated so nobody hears their neighbors.
